Well, my latest brew that I’m drinking is a Coopers IPA, with an ounce of hops added into the boiling DME about 15 minutes before flame-out. The flavour is outstanding! Nice hoppy notes, slight bitterness, very good head retention… all the qualities of a great beer!  Yum!

What do I have fermenting right now? Glad you asked: I have a wheat beer, and a Canadian Draught that I bottled on March 27, and April 7th respectively. I’ll post tasting notes when I crack them open… stay tuned!
